Copywriter | Localization Specialist at eSalon

PROBLEM #1: Company has to open to foreign market and content/copy needs to be updated for clearer messaging, aligning with different locales, and copy database needs a refresh.
SOLUTION: Reviewing existing copy to optimize it for marketing purposes. Focus added on SEO strategies for different markets and manage copy for different locales. Localization of labels, press packages, products info, and everything eSalon.
MY CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM: Collaborated with designers and product managers to articulate goals and align on key messages to extend company internationally. Developed new copy and edited existing one focusing on localization. Created the scripts for how-to videos. Helped with polishing video details (video-editing) before publication in specific languages.
Before and after: copy has been edited for final clear result in line with company style and tone. Added slogans where there was none and added easier way for clients to log in and purchase products.


 

PROBLEM #2: In addition to having to open to foreign market and content/copy needs to be updated for clearer messaging, there is no hub for clients to rely on and to redirect marketing strategy.
SOLUTION: Create the blog for Color Mastery and contribute in creating posts specific for everything eSalon, in different languages.
MY CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM: Collaborated with other copywriters and designers to align on key messages to extend company internationally. Developed new copy and edited existing one focusing on localization. Focused on Color Mastery Blog page aiming at marketing and content strategy for eCommerce and more.
Before: little to no blog posts.

After: a full blog page with S.E.O. strategy.
